★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had read that it’s waste of time but had a hope. Indeed it’s waste of time. They are not willing to help in any way. When you explain them what to do also they accept that it’s not in their policy. You will be given only one option - purchase new mobile. My mobile is 9 months old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went there for a spare battery, they were saving it fir another customer from what I overheard better the guy and the front desk and the person in charge who was inside the office. Seeing me pick up on it, the front desk guy lifted the handset to speak, switching from speakerphone.
The next day when I went to collect ther battery (within six months it had bulged) I had to wait for 30 minutes because they'd closed for lunch...it was 2 30 then... not 1 00-2 00 when you'd expect it to be lunch.
When banks can have staggered lunch hours, why not Reliance ??? Pathetic service. Reliance+Chinese manufacturing, I expect you be visiting this place often ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no Name Board in the Building for LYF Service Center. I went 3rd Floor to Jio Office. Very difficult to identify the building name without enquiring nearby peoples.

One of the jio express delivery person delivered jio phone by offer for INR 2125 two years talk time along with handset
After 28 days two years plan not activated, then everybody saying no option to change the plan.
Finally my hope gone ...then why should service centre or customer care service

Don't take any home delivery product from Jio
