The salesman will be the sweetest talkers while showing dresses and everything will go smoothly as long as there are no disagreements.
But God save you if there is any conflict, you will see the same sweet talker turning into the rudest person.
We bought couple of dresses and gave for alterations, and while trying out the altered dresses next time, we didn't like the fittings at all due to some sloppy work and when we told him about it, he started shouting on top of his lungs and said things like "Humare yaha toh line lagi rehti hai customers ki", "Aapki zarurat nahi hai hume.. humare yaha fir mat aana" and so many other rude things, just at the slightest hint of a potential loss.
If he'd have handled the situation calmly and with some civility, we'd have bought lakhs more sales with our referrals, but I guess they don't need it, since "line lagi rehti hai unke yaha toh" Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
