★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water shortage and no power backup. Security is not there, anybody can come and go. Rent is also high. Don't go for above Rs. 8500 for 1 BHK and Rs. 10000 for 2 BHK. Better go for songbirds. In summers water doesn't come for 2 days (buy extra buckets and store it) and 2-3 days in a week power outage happens. Generator is there but for only lift and walls because they are more important than people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place near by had a pond.. I visited early morning where you can see nature is cool and calm, bird chirping and humming. It's a place for nature lovers.. you can stay for 15-20 mins and come back..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent society in the calm near to nature habitat of Bhugaon. It's off the Paud roads heavy traffic just beside the Ram river. They have 1bhk and 2bhk flats with a small garden and club house. Parking for guests is limited. Good for families.
