Flats are too overpriced and claustrophobic. Manager Partha is extremely rude towards potential buyers and insults them like he is doing them a favour by letting them buy the flats. Please avoid. Would have given 0 or negative if google would have allowed

Manager is too rude and not willing to even speak properly. Felt insulted. Moreover the flats are overpriced and non negotiable. Flats are clumsy and unlike to the managers claim the views from most of the flats are not exceptional. Build quality seems average too

The builder is fraud. They promise you one thing and while making the deal go back on their promise. Manager is the most rude scumbag ( pardon my language) i have seen in recent times. It seems he is doing us a favour by letting us buy a flat their. Worst experience
