β β β β β Ready to move apartment. Lacking on exoected date of completion. Club house not functional , only swimming pool and communty hall ready. Promises were made to complete by june.No development since March 2018. Paint coatings from inside very poor.Locality needs to grow. One Bus 211 at every 15 mins interval from the gate to sealdah railway station. Regular autos at 10-15 mins interval to Rajarhat crossing. Surrounding is good. 15-20 families shifted in society. Basement parking not yet ready.

β β β β β Beware of such fraud builders. He betrayed me a month after the deal was done and I already gave him cheque for down payment. My loan application was in process. All efforts went in vain. DO NOT DEAL DIRECTLY WITH BUILDER OR ANY DEALERS OF THIS SOCIETY.

β β β β β Location and property looks good but since most of properties are on resale and those are available through broker which may lead to confusion that if youβre dealing with owner or power of attorney holder.
My advice is beware of power of attorney based seller . Because our court always go by word to word which means if letter says purpose of possession then it is just for possession not for selling or even renting purpose,

β β β β β I have bought a 3 bhk here. The amenities are still developing and I could see a lot of changes as I visited after one year. The badminton court, kids play area is done. They also provide cctv, 24 hr security, swimming pool a gym, a conference hall, intercomm. Their co project grandeur is also going on in full swing and is almost ready. The lavanya apt are ready to move in flats. They have 225 flats distributed in 6 blocks. If you like an out of town environment which is free of unnecessary sound pollution then this would be a perfect place to dwell. Best buy in a low range.
