★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfy with Kalika Shubham trawels bcs tyey cheat passenger. They get A. C bus charge but A C not on in bus LCD not work WiFi not connect in bus . Bus make noise as like truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bus service to long distance travel with affordable rates in ordinary days but when season starts or festivals tickets rates goes higher that doesn't make sense, also affordable for postal, package service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've booked my ticket through Redbus on Balaji Travels from Surat to Banswara...they have changed the travel to Kalika & Subham. There is no space for luggage storage. You can't expect an A.C. bus but u could've paid for that. Inbetween travel they've changed the bus. All u can do travel but not in a comfort u've expected! Reconsider once if...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to travel twice in a month ..there is only one bus for Surat to banswara ..another for sagwara ...bus interior is ok...but it always delayed in time, pick up was never on time ...just because of luggage/parcel carrier. There is no other option that's why this bus is ok ...they should operate one more bus which should be neat n clean and AC sleeper coach .. during pick season .they allow more passenger than it's capacity to carry them...and they charge just double fare..that's really unfair ...there is eally need to operate one more bus for this route

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the bus timing was 7:30 from surat and the bus has came at 9 pm . afterwards they charge me 200 hundread extra for my luggage, bcos my luggage was more . they didnt provide us blankets to passengers , no hygiene , there was a rat in the bus .
