★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad experience in my life. The bus is not maintained by the driver, There is no value of time
The bus is late by 6 hours. I mean shreenath travels is the third class non ac coaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service at the time of booking drop location shown Amit nagar circle but they drop us in highway time 03:30 AM no auto was available there.
We were only one couple it was so much risky
We haven't told them much because driver and conducter already fighting with other passenger in the bus and abusing badly in front of me being a girl I was very sacred
It was very worst experience.
I personally don't suggest to book this Bus.

Driver and conductor picking people from mid high way to allocating them to sit/sleep in between walkway.
Changing rout and taking from village to save toll was very risky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response over Telephone is very poor. Message system of before departure is also not good. They should message at least one hour before departure with Bus No and Cell no of any attendant so passenger can take the update. Bus quality of Shreenath Travellers is good. Interior features are good and specius. Booking app should be improved in the technical aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this bus at all, it's a cargo bus rather than passenger bus. Their luggage space is always packed with Cargo and the driver's keep blaming the office for overloading their luggage space. Their emergency number are always busy and never active, try getting them to pick up their calls you will be Lucky. Might as well use GSRTC and have value of money and space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst traveling experiences so far. They transferred my AC ticket to non AC for no solid reason. While I did accept the non AC transfer, the journey was pathetic with relentless stops after every 5 minutes. The driver and his companions would yap non stop even when this was supposed to be a night journey. They took 12 hours to cover a route which usually takes 8-9 hours.
