★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our tickets from surat to khopoli,whole travelling experience is so horrible that from starting of our journey we think when will we reach our destination and come out of the bus...
Seat were too smelling that after we cab't sleep well although we spreyed perfume...
There was no pravacy for our seats...Becouse partition was made by transparent glass..
Windows were dirty & smelling by previous traveller's vomits
There was no curtains in windows too.....
Requesting redbus to check the bus service first....then go further.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Rathore travels Bus for Surat to Lonavala via Redbus. The whole travel experience was just horrible. The state of the bus seats is just pathetic. I purely went by reviews while booking the bus.
Here are some things to know.
1.) Seats were smelling with sweat or previous travellers & very very dirty. Not just seats the whole interior of cabin was too shabby.
2.) There is no privacy. The door partitions are made from see through plexiglass.
3.) No Curtains for windows or paritions.
4.) No Charging ports or lights.
5.) The gallery lighting felt like bad lighting from desi bars and the music played by the driver matched it too.
The moment we started our journey, we were just thinking when will we get out of this bus. The stops for loo were also at awful places. The whole experience was like one bad ride you don't want to repeat ever again. I won't even travel if it was for free & we payed around 550 per person.
