Truly very satisfied. My journey from Delhi to Manali with Kalpana Bus was too good. Although, it was a long journey I enjoyed it. Nice amenities and a luxurious bus! I couldn't wish for a better bus. I chose the single berth which was cosy. The drivers were very humble and they took good care to make our journey smooth. No sudden breaks/rash driving. I wasn't much tired after taking up such a long journey. Nice journey and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic. They charge for services they do not provide. Cheat and crooks. Gave a bus that broke down on the way and made no arrangements. Left 42 girls on the road. Switched off the phone and did not refund money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 4 seats From delhi to Katra on Oct 1st 2015. I never seen this type of non responsibility in my life this was very painful
When bus reached panjab at tool tax. Driver told us that due to huge traffic tool tax process will take about two and half hours.
One of my friend was sleeping on upper seat. We (3 friends) went for tea just crossed the road.
Suddenly we seen that Bus was moving. We ran, shouted and followed but he did not stop due to tension Me and my one friend took panjab roadway bus tried to catch.
but one of my friend missed roadway as well. we was thinking we catch it on the way. but roadway conductor told us we can not catch It because the current speed of that bus is double.
Any how we (2 friend) got that bus just near the katra. we found that my other friend who has missed the bus his Wallet and Mobile not with him it is in the bus.
Now we (3 friend) are in Delhi. but till now we have not contact with him.

And then the owner I think switched off his phone to avoid contact. And according to the other bus drivers, this kind of things are common with kal Panasonic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service 6 hrs late as per given time. first they arrange a local tempo traveler from pickup point R K Ashram metro Delhi then after 30km Sindhu border they arrange Volvo bus which was 6 hrs late reached in Manali. never book J& D Travel Kalpna travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by Kalpana Travels who's office is near to R K Ashram Metro Station. They never provide you bus when you have to come back to your home. Always same reply, BUS ACCIDENT. Don't faith on them. Through my experience in March 2016 & October 2016, they provide no bus when I have to come back to my home at Delhi from Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Now they are not refunding my taxi expenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We reached boarding point before time, contacted bus operator however no one answered the call. Bus time is 8am, kept on trying the number but no one answered. after 1.5 hours long wait we received a call from bus operator stating ‘madam bus breakdown ho gai thi and I just now got the information’. He cancelled the bus. Pathetic service.
