I had the best bus journey of my life with Kalpana Holiday Travels. To start from, their online portal was very user-friendly. Next, it was the first time that I had seen the bus start at the designated time. When I got into the bus, the comfort that I felt was unmatchable. From the window of my seat I could see bumpy roads but could not feel them much. They also dropped me 15 mins prior to the designated time. So all-in-all it was a perfect journey with nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given them 0 star .... At first they would promise that AC will be provided but after 2 hrs they will say that AC is not working.. Neither their bus is maintained nor they have professional drivers.. The arrival time of the bus at my location was 3:00 pm
But it reached at 9:30 pm...Is this the way to treat their customers???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was good enough to give them 5 stars. Staff was customer-friendly. Cleanliness was good, the blankets and other stuff and curtains were also clean. WiFi is available, though it doesn't work in some areas with bad network which is almost every part of my journey. Charging sockets work properly. AC also works properly. Water bottles are also provided. Driving is also not rash and they maintain good speed thorughout the journey. The only point that made me give them 1 star is the toilet was clean but the flush wasn't working due to which it had almost flooded inside the WC, making it impossible to use.
