The bus was supposed to leave at 1130 am it departed post 2:15 pm
Advise to not use the bus services
The fare prices are double the state run ac transportation
The services provided are worth not even half the state run transportation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to travel to gorakhpur from Delhi. I booked my ticket and when price started to rise travel agency cancelled my bus. I booked the ticket for 2000 and he cancelled my ticket when price rose to 3500. On calling the guy he said government is going to change the pattern of bus that's why we are cancelling the bus. But shocking is bus is still moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus should have been cleaned and the worst thing they always stop at the same resturant. And the worst thing is the resturant is worst. They should change the option of resturant where travelers can have good food. I have traveled a lot towards uttrakhand (Nainital) where on the way they only stop at moga dhaba which is worst bad taste , quality and all. Which a travel company should understand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a volvo bus to Ranikhet. Their agent charged me 1200/- and started making a ticket for Nainital instead (without discussing a word with me first), when i confronted- his excuse was there is no volvo till Ranikhet so from Nainital they will get me a taxi for Rs100/- and its a 30min drive (both are a lie, since i've traveled before to Ranikhet). He then insisted me to take a ticket to Haldwani for Rs1100/- instead. On demanding my money back the owner of New International started abusing me, threatening me with consequences. It took me half hr to get my money back. These guys are a fraud and only concern is to take money and dispatch you off out of there coz they know eveybody is tight on time when travelling and they can get away with confrontations, i guess thats their business model. Plz stay away from these guys. Eventually i got a State transport bus for Rs400/-
