Careless travels agney i was travel on 30jun from jpr to Ahamdabad and my timing was 5:30pm from Jaipur but uts was delay 2 hrs and i was reached at Ahamdabad (11am ) so i have to cancel my meeting .. Before they told our bus will be Arrival at 7am in the morning .

I've faced many problems during bus travel with KALONA TRAVELS PVT LTD. no manner to deal and talk to passengers and rude behaviour.bus staff always ready to fight with passengers.you'll feel Total waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from kalpana travels... need to go from Ahmedabad to Gorakhpur but From Ahmedabad to Jaipur they made us to get out and told to wait 6 hrs.. then later when bus arrived again they made us to sit 4 people in single seat.. even if we r in online booking they made us like this....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Bus service ever experienced. Bus started 2 Hours late from the claimed time. No intimation, no information. Staff behaviour is very pathetic. No one is responding not even to calls. Claimed to reach 11:45 in night but it is already late by 3 hours. Not able to attend office on time due this delay. I will never travel again through this service.
Redbus.com also need to avoid this bus travel.

They show the boarding point on navjeevan Complex on online sites but where not any bus available.
They provide only a magic service to the next boarding point haspanpura pulia.
It's ridiculous service and Every time they do like that.
And Also the staff are not cooperative.
Some times they change the passenger
