★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Volvo Bus Ticket from Agra to Delhi on 10 Sep 2017, but they provided congested 2x2 AC Mini bus of which gave us bumpy rides. No refund of fare difference has been given .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst decision of my life. They charged double the actual fare, bus not that comfortable, we have to fight for the driver to turn on the A/C and he used to turn it on for 5 minutes max. I miss the bus from the start point and caught it in the second station where the bus added local customers for half the amount I paid and it waited for more than an hour. Total journey Delhi to Agra took 4 hours and 25 minutes.
Sorry to say, I felt cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus experience . They are always late .. then they drive very dangerously .. bus is totally packed with delivery goods. Instead of passenger one will see luggage n delivery goods in bus . Very dirty buses . And no shoes rack available. Their drivers and staff do not know how to talk to passenger .. one will get worst experience of bus travel with kalpana travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a non-ac sleeper volvo bus, of kalpana travellers, from Jodhpur to Delhi and now it's 3:AM and they are allowing local passengers in the bus and I can't even sit properly here now. it's so disgusting and a horrible experience :( . such a bad experience .
