★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean, small complex. Club house - charges ~25k per year for tenants, owners is free. Has gym, swimming pool, squash court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t consider purchasing a flat here, the builder will charge a premium for the flats but the quality is pathetic. High maintenance cost isn’t worth it. Randomly sample flats here and all of them are dealing with cracks all over the house and leakages and the builder hasn’t addressed anything and refuses to. A legal action needs to be taken against the builder so please save your hard earned money and refrain from investing here.
Worst quality flats, there are design issues which cannot be rectified so will request you to not put your money here.
