★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good. Located in the one of the upcoming centralized locations of Pune. But costs are little high prized at this time. Not sure how many people will able to make a difference in a small spaces. I am certainly not able to finalized my deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetically managed, specifically the staff has changed and new staff has no clue.
The customer executive staff is extremely rude and arrogant to customers, and mind u this is when we have paid the money. People yet to buy pls beware. We were made to wait for hrs with elderly people to show our own flat where money is paid. Though it is a construction site no sensible person with knowledge was escorting us ..myvelderly parents who have difficultly in walking were made to walk like anything still our flat was not shown...guys who want to invest pls think twiceuw..by the way the seniors are least intrestee in helping the customers and sorting out n helping customers...the customers exec dint even have the courtesy to come n see the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are completely unprofessional and time wasting. They keep calling till irritation level for site visit. They kept calling till I was at 5 minutes distance from their site. And the heights of unprofessionalism is after I reached the site after 24km travel, they said we can't allow you to visit the site due to rain. And the funny thing was there was no rain at all. After I asked why you called me so many times then, they said that it was call from Mumbai call center. Employees were arrogant and did not care about customer's time at all. I felt very insulated by the behaviour of the employees. I would recommend not to visit this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are selling projects 3.5 bhk in mini 2.5 cr quality of material used is very cheap who put black tiles in kitchen and basic level tiles in living area nothing feels special after paying this amount so even we had canceled booking

One of the worst builder with uncivilized staff which could have been fired right away in any decent company . But poor customer service denotes how poor and cheap builder is They are claiming and charging premium when there nothing is premium inside the flat .Everywhere corners are cut to save money with sub standard quality material . Please compare with premium property in vicinity to know what's premium . Poor sales staff with poor customer service . Only people I find nice is the one who drives you to site and one who shows sample flats .
Issues with flat ;
- Cheap Stair case flooring which will not last more than 2-3 years
- Passage around lift is poorly made with low quality tiles
- Ceiling is 9.5 Fit but sales team claims its 10 fit .Lie
- Nothing is provided inside flat ( No Modular kitchen , No class flooring and no AC) . Premium flat usually comes with all these things , Please compare with Nandan / Park / Estia these are premium property as rate is same .
- No request is honored for minor civil adjustment .
