★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this project is good (Direct Baner Hills' view). Apartment size is pretty small for a 2BHK or 1.5 BHK apartment but for 1 BHK, it's pretty good.

Basically you can reconfigure flat in diff options 1bhk; 1.5bhk, and builder says even 2bhk but that's not something I would recommend..it's a single building and has some IT park coming next to it. The access road is pretty congested when you enter from Baner side but the property has good wide road in front of it. Some big projects are coming up nearby. Overall a good project, it may not be ready to move in (considering area around it is not so well developed yet) right away but seems to have good prospect in terms of future development.
