★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very thanks to vyas sir but staff is very rude specially in the morning time receptionist.as my today's experienced I called to her at 9:02 and ask to book my wife appointment and receptionist replied me that in my watch still 2 minute is left this kind of answer is not a tall positive response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with staff and doctors they charged 400/-rs for new case and after check up they demanded more money from my husband there receptionist says that we have performed sonography so you have to pay 300/ more very bad service provided

However, The appointment management is very poor. Even if you book appointment in advance and reach at the hospital on given time, You still need to wait average 1.30 hour if not more. 15-20 min average wait time is acceptable on scheduled appointments, But if wait time is such long, I think hospital should rethink on this point for patient's smooth experience. I also suggest to put some digital token counter to know expected wait time.
I also appreciate if they allow husband or at least one person to accompany with the patient in the consultation room. I understand that due to Covid, more people are not allowed in to the consultation room as it will put doctor and staff on the infection risk. On the same logic, Due to poor appointment scheduling and long wait time, waiting room is almost always full and social distancing is tougher to implement. I think patient's health should equally be taken care.
Also patient's experience starts with the reception, I suggest to train the staff on how to behave and communicate politely with the patients.
