Can accept address for sample collection using whatsap but can't provide reports using same?.
It was miserable experience during COVID. When you have everyone positive at your home, then they are providing you the service of sample collection from home but reports needs to be collected by physically going to their lab, how does it make sense... Evenafter this they just returned the collected samples and they have the audacity to tell that they don't do any unnecessary service ..
