★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the branch yesterday first time, found no customers. Very negligent staff. Sales persons not interested to know customer requirement and show jewellery models rather team group chit chat. I felt their business won't grow up anymore with such staff. Luckily purchased product in neighbor show room where good models, price and executives impression.

2. Insufficient staff and not in a position to help each other. Customers waiting for the staff for assistance. It is not at all acceptable in a corporate business.
3. The guy who was showing/assisting us, requested other colleagues to assist the other customers. Unfortunately, no one has come forward initially.
4. I didn’t see any supervisor around and there is no reception or security at the entrance of the showroom.
5. No temperature verification at the entrance (only sprayed sanitizer on hands). Some of the customers don’t wear even mask….maybe the customers know that the COVID will afraid to attack them.
6. the system should be changed and needs supervision all over the showroom.
The great thing is there’s no bargaining and overaction of staff. The showroom is quiet and calm.
