★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very bad, no one is responding in proper way ..one of the staff behaved arrogantly.. i had a bad experience in that store .. immediately i left from that store n went to d khajana jewllers n baught it there..... khajana customer service is far better than MALABAR JEWELERS 1 * also waste for that store - --- TIPSY TOPSY KAKINADA
Updated-after my review, their staff consult me and requested for apologize and said their never repeat this again.I accepted their apologize .
Hope u reach more milestones in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience..selected one item..told them will bring the amount..but they displayed the item and sold off..they even took my number and didnt even confirm or took my opinion whether they wish to display the item..very bad service and the manager supported that the rules of the store are like that..visited so many stores..if we select an item..they wish to call us decide our opinion..its not an silly item to purchase and i dont understand why they take number if we select an article
