Today is my parents wedding anniversary
My dad wanted to present my mom with jewellery.
When my parents visited Kalyan jewellers Marathalli branch
They did not even bother to talk to my parents
They where sitting and where not actually serving other customers
Disappointed
Never ever I will visit Kalyan jewellers again
Try to respect customers

Today I went with my parents to kalayan jewellers marathalli branch.
They did not even bother to talk to us.
They where sitting and where not actually serving other customers. We asked them several times. Still they were so careless and didn't respond.
Disappointed
Never ever I will visit Kalyan jewellers again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Staff at the billing counter are highly inefficient. It took them 50 min to just get the bill printed after the payment was done.It was so badly managed that people coming after me got their bills earlier. Not a single employee who could provide resolution to it or even bothering to listen to you. Highly inefficient outlet, which don't have respect for customers time or has the interest to resolve the issue.

I went two times… no body is interested to show items.
No salesman shown interest to sell their products.
No welcoming nothing… i roamed here there and asked what are we looking for but sales mens are simply passing one to other.
At last he shown me very oldest fashion one set.. when i asked only this much items are available no response…nothing.Not at all interested.
No management … we are just looking each other..nobody is responding.
Worst shop i have ever seen.
I decided not to buy anything from kalyan here after.
I personally like tanishq and bhima … They understand my requirements and given very good response.they are so excited to selling their items.
I happily brought things and enjoyed..i am going to highly recommend this shops.
Very good response… all employees are too good.
They welcoming us very nicely and try to show their best items to fullfill our match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased 2 gm gold coin on Akshay tritiya when told to weight in front of us it was 1.75 gms then we told it is not correct then he measures 4-5 coins they all are in the range of 1.75 to 1.93 then later we got 1.99 .
If we go for purchase they will rate for that 0.25 gms tooo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s very few parking spaces available. I was literally asked by security to park at paid parking at Brand factory and walk back there. The hospitality was good. We had plans to buy a stud and bangles for my one-year old daughter. The wastage charges were unrealistic it started from 20% and went upto 25%. Imagine buying 10grams gold but you are being asked to pay for 12.5 grams. If there’s that much wastage then I guess its just their greed or inefficiency of the goldsmith. I personally don’t think 2.5 grams of gold just disappears in thin air. Jewellery shops are one place where I think people knowingly get cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PLACE TO BUY JEWELLERY!!! The experience was horrendous because of the pathetic customer service. After making the payment, we had to wait for 45-50 minutes to collect item after several requests to seek update on the status of the bill and item and ultimately after shouting. So, they had 1 counter for payment, 2 for billing and 2 for product pick up - supposed to be great right? But the people working there were simply really bad at their work. When there was no update of the bill/product after
staying in a mismanaged queue/crowd for 15 mins, I requested what the billing status was.. no response! No freaking response! Can you believe that. I requested one of other guys to help, he went to the counter and talked to them and asked me to wait.
I waited for another 15 minutes. No progress. The frustrating part was no one was able to tell why it's taking so long and how much more do we need to wait. Then I had to raise my voice.. and I asked another person to help.. told him I was waiting for more than 30 minutes. He took my payment receipt and stood at the counter for around 5-10 minutes requesting the guy and their probably supervisor at the counter to check the status or create the bill. I was amazed that even their own staff was not able to communicate sense to them. My partner then took the bill and ran back and forth to different counters with the receipt trying to seek clarity. The bad thing was they were not even responding properly. Then I lost it. I started shouting so that they can hear the issue and attend to it. Then the floor manager came and got it done - took him hardly 2 minutes!! So basically those counter guys were not entertaining requests of other staffs and we're printing bills on priority of people who were getting angry at them.. they had delivered products of people who came much later than use, simply because they went to another billing counter or were getting angry. It should be noted that, there was no crowd initially when we submitted payment receipt so the wait time was not because of the crowd but because of they were not managing it properly, they didn't give two ducks about customers issues. Bloody insensitive bunch of staff. So got my product after 45-50 minutes only after I had to shout at them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for gold and diamond jewellery. Lot's of collection. Must visit once if you are looking for gold and silver jewellery in Bangalore and in Karnataka. Staff's are very friendly and they know how to guide customer as per their requirement.
