★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temple jewellery is 18 percent however Malabar and other taking only 13 percent. When I asked so, they said go and buy from Malabar only. Such a carless people. Firstly I asked to show nagas patterns, they don't even know wat is nagas pattern is so trendy from few years. Cheap showroom ever seen by me. I don't want to even give 1 rating. Cheap people . Knowledge less people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAFF behaviour is excellent. Having lots of patience in selection of jewellery by customers. Manager and staff at cash counter also extended very courteous service to us.
Gold is gold in all stores, by service extended by staff in khazana jewellery shop at Marathahalli, Bangalore not available in any other jewellery shop in Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very bad experience. Lot of attitude issue with staff. They absolutely are unaware of what customer service means. They judge you based on what you want to buy. No one even cares to check even if they see you standing and waiting there for more than 30mins!! They don't even give you other/available options and straight away deny when you ask a specific product/design. The sales people think they are millionaires and customers are beggers. Extremely disrespectful staff. Pathetic people and store. Don't have great collection and options too. Don't recommend it at all.
