★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service person not creating job sheet and saying will send job sheet through mail. If we call back after some days (for me it's 6 days) and asking for job sheet or status then no proper response. Finally they ask to come to service center and get the job sheet.
As per them, customer should not ask any questions if we question them they say we had holiday for whole week or server was down for whole week and they will tell you they are going to cancel the case itself.
I attached the screenshot of the service person phone number.
I don't know how the experience with other customer but the way he behave with me was kind of he don't want to give headset back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been here to repair my realme watch which had got some lines on the display and the product was under warranty . These guys are authorised service centre for realme . The front office executive told that they ll give a new replacement for the old one. The complete process took 40 mins for them to diagnose the problem and to hand over the new product ( one must wait minimum 40 minutes for the service centre to get the approval from Realme ).
I never thought it would be so hassle free to get it replaced because I have had very bad experiences with few other brands and didn't expect Realme to be so fast and responsive. Overall it was an good experience . Keep up the good work !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never give your laptop here. This person kept my laptop for 2weeks. He put panel and display but still laptop not working. Then he said IC issue. And took few more days and said parts not getting. If we call he was so rude. I took my laptop back which is not working. Don't waste your money and time. Just irresponsible and rude person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to fix my noise airbuds. Got the replacement in 7 days. The service center person was very helpful. They deal with servicing of multiple brands. Two wheeler parking is available in the ground floor. But I couldn't see any place for car parking.
