★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Islaam does really great job when it comes to customer satisfaction. He fixed Front brakes getting Noisy and Front suspension, despite multiple attempts. People who bought cycle, I'd highly advice to avail first free service and then they'd realise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst experience. At the time of purchase seller even don't know to adjust brake, hand bar and other accessories. There was no mechanic at that time. So I had to take not fully ready bicycle. I am so disappointed. I fitted them in external shop. They will try to sell their stock but be clear about your own choice and do your own research.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving stars to them is bit tricky. They are worth a star more with variety of display. They are worth a star less in terms f assembly of bike and its service. Dont get carried away by what they suggest. Do your background research thoroughly before finalising to pick up ur bike from here.
I am writing this after picking up 2 bikes from them. Both are good. But, I would have had better choices in that price range. They often mislead you for their sales.
If you have finalised your brand and model, then you can pick it up from them.
Regarding service, there are better guys around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we went to brought bicycle for my kid . I don’t know whether they are interested to sell the bicycles or not. May be in the reception he might be owner of the shop or working there don’t know the only questions we got him from stating that cash or card. Not suggesting the models he is not even given any information on bicycles for kid. Also there is no space not even kids to try cycles. It’s not worth to visit this shop. However since we went to buy , we just brought it one
Note : There is only space or path to reach till reception and place is congested.

Good amount of collections and quality accessories. Space for test ride stands apart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space is small and stock is decent. They carry known and unknown labels. hence less space to walk-around inside shop. They had a model (kids bicycle) which others did not (I had tried 4-5 others shops) in my budget. As per Stephen it was a new model launched. No bargaining on price. Lobby between shops used as test ride space. Finally made the purchase though got the bill later as there was no power in the shop.
