★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great costumer services and i was told from the seller of my cycle that my cycle had to have it's whole brake kit changed but they did it only for 100 and now it's batter than new if buying new cycle Or service the best place is this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best customer service. Surya was incredible, professional, and loved what he did. Absolutely fixed my cycle within minutes, also fixed parts of my cycle which even I never knew needed fixing. This is the first time I have been to Cycle World to change the tube and I am surprised at the quality of work they provided. I have been to many cycle shops, but hands down, this was the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are incredible and clearly have a real passion for cycles. Unlike most places which just put some oil and charge the earth for some vague "services", the mechanic here (Surya I think) will actually get to the root of your cycles problems, explain it to you, fix it and charge you a bare minimum for those specific parts and his time. Never been to another place since I started going here a year ago and recommend to all my cycle buddies.

The sales people have a decent knowledge about bicycles, but absolutely nothing about e-bikes.
They store the e-bikes at a 0% charge. A sure fire way of destroying your battery.
They sold me a faulty 55,000 bike, and when I tried to return it, they kept haggling. Telling me they had a back-end issue. After 2 weeks of repeated calls and visits, they returned my money. But they also deducted 1,500 as fees.
DO NOT spend a single rupee of your hard earned money. If you get a functional model, then great. Otherwise, god help you. Because they definitely won't.
These are nothing but cheats!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were courteous and showed us different varieties of cycle available. They also explained advantages of each model. Infact, they offered trial ride for selected 2 cycles and we were able to finalize cycle on the same day. They have good service centre. Better to visit here if you are looking for good cycle.
