★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a old stock ut ht1 MTB cycle after exchanging my old hero xsport cycle which was badly damaged, satisfied with the cycle's looks and performance. The owner, who I have known since I was little, only marginally reduced the price and did not budge on his quoted price even after politely requesting him. Overall you won't be disappointed if you have come to buy a casual bike for your everyday use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a total cheat who just wants to make money and not give good quality. We bought a cycle and he said he will fit a gear system on it. He has fixed all fake parts none of which work properly. I had to change the entire gear system in a few weeks. Even did not fit the seat of the cycle properly. Nuts started falling off while cycling. Charged a lot of money but didn't deliver. I would suggest avoiding this store.

Owner is act like a rowdy. Put your number in block list if we complaint against job done by mechanic and spares.
I request you not to buy and give your bicycle for service. They are liars and cheating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very costly spare parts and duplicate spares are used. And very high labour charges. With inexperienced mechanic. And owner is very arrogant. No invoice is given.
I suggest people to never ever visit this shop for repair and shopping new bicycle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go literally anywhere else but here. The owner will do anything till you pay him the money after that you're dead to him. Horrendous cycle quality, worst service, and the most disrespectful staff. If you come back with issues he'll just dismiss you and more so if you're a woman. The disregard shown towards women here is just unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a hercules cycle. We agreed upon 7000/- including fitting, bell and lock. After paying 100/- advance and 6900/- later. But when I came to pickup my bicycle, the mechanic asked for a 100/- extra for fitting. And, it was post my payment of 6900/- Don't treat customer as worthless or without any wit after the deal. I won't recommend this shop at all. 2 spoke reflectors are missing as well! Proof attached. I should have opted to buy online on flipkart!
