★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a bicycle from this showroom; something that I regret doing because I live very far and getting it serviced means having to either lug it to their showroom or getting it transported. For all their talk of warranty, they won't help with recommending a service kit, or how to get the bicycle serviced. And the tone that the Giant representative acquired sounded like he was doing me a favour in even having me in the store. I won't recommend their after sales service, the bicycle is great though, from my limited experience.

I have driven only 15km on that bike but it is really smooth ride. The cycle was really comfortable on bad roads as well. Looks like some really good engineering behind these bikes.

They can recommend the most suitable bike for you, which can be confusing as Giant has a wide range of models.
Periodic tuning and cleaning services are great too!
