β β β β β Very bad customer service. I dropped my sky bag cabin size suitcase here and they told me it will ready for wheel servicing in 2 days! Went there after a week as suitcase was kept in same condition in their back office! The staff is so irresponsible and they claim it was changed without even being sure. I left from the place wit suitcase in the same condition ! Warning all people to not waste time here

β β β β β Parking is a bit problematic with the traffic jam in the evenings. I suggest non peak time or park in the road behind. Good selection, patient explanation, navigated us to the discounted items as compared to expensive items. Certain items on display are less.

They just don't want the customer to get trouble and come again some other day for the replacement of the warranty product,so he understand my problem and solved it same day.

β β β β β It was a great experience shopping here. We had come with an intention to just look and then go to other brands. But a really good customer friendly behaviour by store staff - Arvind floored us. We ended up buying two pieces of luggage. Jameel helped us with the billing. And obviously the variety is really good. VIP quality can never be questioned.

Has good variety of selections and also you can avail a servicing and repairs for VIP and Carlton items. They provide a fast in on stop service, considering that they have the spare parts required for.

Car parking:
Good part that they have a car parking place infront of shop where 4 cars at a time can be parked.
