★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most comfortable shopping experience ever in this store, normally, i will be hesitant to buy something because of store staffs being manipulative trying to oversell things, but here shout-out to Anthony Raj who didn't take advantage of my ignorance and showed me the right travel bag options... 5 stars just for this staff, I haven't used bags yet to rate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop keeper was trying to sell a stolley without any bill or warranty card. He revealed the warranty card was missing only after I swiped my card. I was forced to buy another stolley, as he didn't want to refund. Be very careful.

Anthony Raj was kind enough to share the models and price over phone and home deliver the item at no additional cost! That too within an hour. Pleased with the service and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile.
Got the Highrock variant and looks solid as expected from AT.
