Prithiviraj is quick to respond to calls and messages; Kiran and Ravi freely share their knowledge and expertise when it comes to technical and service related queries. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go for good quality rental cycles, weekly rides and cycle service. Recently had my cycle serviced here, awesome job done by the people here. Runs very smoothly. They have a good collection of cycling accessories for sale as well. Staff is very friendly and are knowledgeable.

Prithwi and his team knows every fine detail about the bicycle and the brands. He also suggests the best suitable bike based on the usage and most importantly one can have a trial run before the big decision. Lastly you can join his club, for every Sunday ride.
Overall, its a great place to pick your cycle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my new cycle polygon premier 4 , after having searched and tried 4 cycle showrooms and 4 cycles with in span of 5 months . talked to mr.prithvi over the phone , he gave me 3 options and kept 2 on hold too for a week's time just on my request without any upfront amount paid. Walked into procycle one fine morning in October 2021 and rode out with a cycle. So far so good ?will update this space after using for a year . team procycle is super professional and must visit place for serious cycle enthusiasts.

Place: Looks like a small residential place converted into a shop. But very homely and never felt uncomfortable. The people at the shop are very polite and answers all the questions... Encourages to check the bikes and ask questions. Conveniently located in Indiranagar.
Stock: High quality bicycles are in stock. I could see Scott, polygon, bergamont, and veloce bikes. Couldn't find anything else.. it might be probably bcz to f recent lack of stock all over the world. Especially S size bikes are not in stock.
What I purchased: I bought a Scott Aspect 930 size M. My height is 167 cm. Although it overlaps both M and S sizes, 930 was not available in S size and I felt okay in M. The person in charge there very nicely fitted the bike and requested me to take test rides multiple times.
What could be better: The space could be a little bigger. I understand that maybe because of recent circumstances everyone is going through rough times. And we all should support the good cycle shops. So, no bad feelings here. Just wishing that in the future the shop grows bigger :-)
In other shops I could take a small ride around the shop, especially, Bums on the saddle. But here I was not given this opportunity until I bought the bike. If you are not sure how the bike rides then it might be a little difficult to decide.
Rest all is fine and strongly encourage all to choose this shop especially for Scott and bergamont cycles. Thanks Procycle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst experiences purchasing a cycle. This was supposed to be my first bicycle, wanted to take something basic before getting to the next level. Thanks to Mr. Prithviraj, who made this experience so horrible. followed up 4-5 times but never got a proactive response back when my bicycle will get ready and i can pick it.
I guess only if one purchases a super expensive bicycle they will get a proper customer support or treatment.

Though being out of station, the team was patient enough to listen and understand my requirement and suggested the right bike. Even during the day of delivery, Ravi detailed me with specifications and do's and don't with road bike.
