In the start they ll convince u to buy things and later they are gone very poor management. People are rude and don’t even bother to give some respect. Completely useless staff they are fooling people. not yet all customer friendly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poor and pathetic service. I can't believe what they did with my ring that I had given them to fix a stone. A small stone from my ring fell off last month and I had given it to them for servicing. After 2 weeks when I went to collect my ring, guess what!! They had attached an oversized stone with a cheap glue. The head or the stone holder has come off and can break any time. It's unbelievable that Kalyan jewellers doesn't have facilities for appropriate service. I am completely disappointed with what they did with my ring. They claim they had sent the ring to Hyderabad and I don't trust them. They seem to have worked it out locally. Cheap!!!
