★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got SMK Titan Carbon Fibre helmet from them through online order. They are very helpful.
I was a bit confused about helmet sizing, but the owner helped me in selecting the right size and it was a perfect fit out of the box.
They have helmets like the Titan Carbon in stock, which was not available anywhere else when I was searching for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is well knowledged about the brand and their product offerings, but he is not aware "how to provide the best service to the customers". Lacks empathy, and sells products in a debatable manner.
The duration you spent for the debate, could have been better if you had made simple effort to remove the visually disturbing sticker, and give a quick wipe on the helmet visor instead of suggesting me to raise the ticket with the brand.
If customers could do visor replacement by themselves, we wouldn't approach you. All you have to do is provide customer satisfaction to be LOYAL to your retail store.

This store is known for genuine SMK branded helmets. Since it is a factory outlet, you would get almost all from the factory collection. A must visit place for bikers??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent place for getting helmets for all ages and styles. Granted that this is just a showroom for Studds but the choice and range of helmets and accessories is wonderful. Was especially impressed with the range they had for children and the knowledge around it. The shopping experience was very good with us being in and out with a good product within 15 minutes which is essentially great when it comes to our new normal post COVID lockdowns.
Has a wide collection of jackets, skull caps, gloves, key chains protective gear apart from helmets here.
