They have *0* sense of creativity nor can conceptualize anything. They don't even understand the basic sense of marketing and how a marketing work.
One of the worst creative agencies I have dealt with.

Highly flexible, easy to work with and they provide you with what you just picturise in your head. Rishav is more like my mentor and he never fails to inspire me. Hands down, eyes closed best of all!

We contacted this agency on 18th May 2019 for helping us setup ads through Google Ad-Words for our co-working space. Quick to response, their sales person came to meet us on the same day to try and close the deal. We really liked this approach in the start. The sales guy pitched their services and projected a potential ROI for the next month. We liked it and went through with the deal. (we started with one-month engagement)
Finally when the rubber hit the road, we started testing different approaches that could get the best ROI for us.
15 days in, there were no hard results or any quality leads generated. Not even a single SQL!
Having experienced this, we decided to revamp our website because, you know, it could be fault in our own stars. Redesigned and revamped the entire website. Started the Ad-Words campaigns again. Guess what? Still no qualified leads. Our co-working space is located in St. Marks Road and we were getting leads from HSR Layout, Koramangala, Mysore road but not for the place we were in.
To discuss further on this we tried contacting Moshi Moshi to setup a meeting at our office to which they never agreed and wanted the discussion to be held over emails or video calls only. “WE” agreed to their terms again (and all this time we thought the vendor had to adjust according to the customer) and asked them to have the video call around 7 or 8 pm. Still, it was an inconvenience to them and they started making stupid excuses that they didn’t work after 6:30 pm as that is their office timings. We were literally in shock to hear this.
We talked about their salesperson popping up at our office the same day we approached them right? The clock was past 7 pm.
We even tried contacting their CEO but he also didn't pick the call. Seriously, Moshi Moshi guys not picking up our calls wasn’t a surprise for us anymore.
If we had to summarise our experience in a sentence, we would say Moshi Moshi wasn’t so ‘Moshi Moshi’ after the payment went through.

It was a simple task of getting our website done using wood-press for which we had to pay 1.7 lakh , out of which we paid 1.5 lakh and more then money they took 1 year to complete the task , yet was not properly functional. A simple lead form was not working . Content was done very causally with no attention to quality and their was not a basic work on SEO. They acted with utter irresponsibility and has no respect of timeline. We have wasted lot of money and time . Please check thoroughly before choosing them.
