★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uneducated staff even don't know how to talk on window counters with passengers who are requesting for tickets & season tickets. Treat in such we that we are going to run away with loan amt what they have given to us. They forget it that they are kept for customer service and what we are paying from that amt their salary are coming. Better such railway counters also should be given into private sectors only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalyan west platform is clean but congested by the travel people by here and there. But need proper ventilation and rest room hygiene facility in public toilets to built healthy environment. as this station seems to be one of the busiest platform. A proper seating arrangement is also a need to be increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From there you will get local train tickets and passes as well as only general tickets for long route trains. It is very crowded here. There are also a large number of UTS Ticket Print Machine at these ticket stations. There is also a long route train inquiry center. There is also a rickshaw stand on the same side of the ticket counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalyan Junction west Ticket counter has many ticket windows so that it can handle the crowd at rush hours . Well managed well maintained . Quite a huge place to stand in que . Ticket area is kept clean and nice. There are few electronic vending machines are installed to avoid long que for tickets. Enquiry counter is available in case you need any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having both good nd bad memories in this station, good memories while send off times nd bad memories while entering to mumbai they check our bags which we packed well to get for a travel, I donno why mumbai railway police are too harsh to commuters, stop harrasing travellers in the name of security check.
One of the best and busiest railway station which functions night and day everyday for passengers. One can board train for going to any corner of India. There are total 7 platforms in which 3 platforms are dedicated for local commuters. One can find eatery stalls on all platforms. Free wifi available for 30 mins. Fresh rooms not available on all platforms. Buses And autos taxis available 24 hours on west side. Escalators and lifts available.
So crowded place maximum time but all facilities for public transport is same place just waking distance
?Kalyan railway station is the one of the major junction of Central railway, from here you can get multiple train to Pune, to Nasik and Panvel side?. It's highly recommended station for those who travel for their jobs to Mumbai side or any other places. The station always looks busier and crowded all time..⏳Many superfast express has a halt here.
Kalyan junction is always full of rush because first of all it's a junction and from Kalyan junction it's starts two different tracks. One track is going for Pune and second is for Nasik. It has a destination that's why locals for Thane, Parel, MCSMT starts from this station.
It has proper waiting rooms for ladies and gents separately for long root passenger.
Very very crowded and busy place.
Cleaning and hygiene maintained properly.
Escalator is working which help people a lot in carrying their luggage.
Rest rooms are available and maintenance is fine.
