Rent is around 15-20k per day. 1st floor is air-conditioned, generally used for sitting purpose for guests. 2nd floor is non AC, usually the terrace is used for cooking. It's situated exactly at the simultala crossing at jameslong sarani bypass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for marriage ceremony. The place is located near behala chowman, 14no bus stop. It is a two storied building. The space in each floor is adequate for 300 people. If no of invitees exceed, then it may become congested. There are few small rooms and washrooms. Overall a good place for ceremony purpose.

Very good location, Private Car parking, spacious, very effective AC in all the rooms. Dining space is spacious and can be used for both Buffet and sitting. Dining space has lot of windows which made the floor windy and in addition they have around 10 ceiling fans fitted. They provide Yagna Kumbh, Wooden sitting (Piri) for Puja. Good support from staff. Very nice rooftop cooking space under the cover which made things easy. Attached toilet in each floor made the things easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my wedding reception here. It has space, located in a convenient place where people can easily come from far away. However the maintenance is very low, on our reception day a fan fell down almost on a kid. So I would just give 3 star.
