His age was 74 , his kidneys were weak but still concerned doctor Showed confidence to carry out the surgery Smoothly but he failed...it was the most painful time for me....37 days my dad was in icu. Hospital charged me 27 lakhs....completely a commercial place.avoid going there...ruthless staff , doctors and management.

Overall experience was good. Nursing Staff was cooperative and helful in Shared Private ward...all staff is very helpful and they care about the patients...but in shared private there was so hot..so please do something for it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management, poor information management, their OPD starts at 10 but no doctor come to OPD before 11.30 to 12 pm, if you are going here for treatment then you may have to waste your 3 to 4 hrs. minimum, most of the time you will be asked to wait for doctor, duty staffs will tell you doctor is coming in 15 minutes but generally they come after 1 to 2 hrs, pathetic process

As a patient relative and as a ex employee I would like to suggest, Management think about to reduce pathology report waiting time and increase politeness of welcome staff (security, parking and opd area waiting staff). Above mentioned all staff behaviour was honestly with because I am ex employee and I know how to handle them. But with another patient they treat wrustly.
