Apart from that, overall I had a positive experience buying Jewelry from kameswari. Their workmanship is very good. Nice collections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying from Kameswari jewellers would be the best decision you can make to purchase beautiful jewellery when you are out of india since you get to shop the latest designs and feel as if you are in INDIA to shop IN person , they also have very good customer service and Vishwa who is the representative i have worked with every time i ordered has been very patient to listen to my queries , answer them , help me with small customizations etc etc .... I would definitely recommend buying gold from kameswari for their quality workmanship , up to date latest models and trust and guarantee of gold and gemstones used and a well streamlined process they follow for delivery ..... I would rate it 5 ***** stars , more if there was any . HIGHLY RECOMMEND .
Again I would like to thank Vishwa for being very patient and helping me through the whole process every single time i purchase from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is for the sales associate Prasanna. He is very lazy to follow up with customers. Makes false promises and not at all trust worthy. If it happens to meet Prasanna in your first Video call meeting just avoid him. he failed to make matching earrings for my neck piece. I will never buy jewelry from Kameswari jewellers. I received defective items(missing precious atones). They promised me to ship the stones and reimburse repairing costs. It’s been 6 months and no resolution made. Awful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt in product range, very good models and quality !! I love their design; however, their sales persons are very arrogant and not convincing at all. I have good and bad experience with them. The current staff who they have like Prasanna, is not comfortable.
I request Kameswari management to pay attention in their sales agents recruitment.
