Plenty of models and designs to meet your requirements.
Adequate staff to help you with any selections.
Pricing is high compared to other jewellers.
Pros:
Excellent parking structure- The best i’ve seen anywhere
Immaculate premises. Very high quality and expensive furniture, marble used
Ample seating area
Polite and friendly customer service
Good queue management
Cons:
Khazana specific schemes are a bit confusing. They only disclose certain detAils while closing the scheme
Making and other charges are higher than market price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Waited for about 10 minutes in store to look out for chockers. Nobody even greeted when we are standing behind. Finally got one person and he ran away in middle to talk to his old customer without even letting me know.
Main purpose of store has become not to sell jewellery but to sell the monthly scheme which might add points to thier paycheck. I hope Kazana management takes this to consideration since evn though I loved the jewellery and is in verge to finalize I lost interest and walked out. Very dissatisfied with customer reps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst management I have ever seen. In the middle of the payment they say that Gold price has increased and the customer has to pay the extra amount. Please be careful with such stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went to khazana for buying gold chain today. Bitter experience, the sales person is talking very rudely. He said 19℅ of making charges for a chain. I said him that "I never seen more than 15℅ making charges for a chain and 19℅ to high for the chain now". He insulted me by asking like " Are you buying gold for first time? ". Thru out our conversation he shown his arrogance to me. So my suggestion who are going to buy gold at khazana, dwaraka nagar for first time, have enough experience in gold purchase and ask the permission of that sales person whether to buy or not. khazana is having very good designs but that sales person is not treating customers gently.
