★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service...Teflone Coating not done properly..Even washing also don't do properly...The Yamaha staff person called me at evening 6 ' clock she told ur bike taflone coating is going on u come by 6:30 pm I reached there at 6:30 pm but still my bike was outside I was waiting for atleast 1 n half hour but still my bike was outside the service center they took my bik for taflone coating at 8' clock & also not done the proper serving waste of money waste of time..I will never do service in Yamaha Center..That was my last service in Yamaha service Center. instead of paying 3500/- than also they give so bad Service so wat is the use of paying so much money.

They did not give any freebies nor any discount. Both the bikes are very expensive and top category bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased fzs25 bs6 green colour from cash from 3 months i wont recieved my rc card they fool me every time giving nonsense reason when i remind them they don't know the probelm every tym i used to recollect them main documents which is requires for a customer they take as careless thing for that and just giving nonsense reasons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your bike is not in a good condition. Mechanic will make sure that they will make your bike run smooth and proper. I had very good experience I don't know all of them but they are best at their work. Even the staff is helpful. Dharam bhai and Omkar Surve work I appreciate their work. They have best calling process to inform you that you bike is ready and its waiting to go home. Just one issue they should keep accepting card so it will be convenient for all the customer to pay instant. That will consume less time. Rest all the service centre is proper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience the sale's person dint even bother to explain the bike quality and diffrence and at leaving he handed over a printed price sheet like this are the rates and you may check online. I have travelled 8-10km for this show room and very disappointed by their sales service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Yamaha FZX on 5th November 2021 @ cost of 1.48 lakh, I was told I will get my bike in 45 days. Till date I have not received a call. Whenever I call them they reply that stock is not available and waiting period is very high. After 3 months of follow up I checked in other showrooms there I found out that the bike can be made available in 2 weeks. So the problem is that Lower Parel bike dealer has no control over their business or Yamaha company. They only sell what is leftover. Because of their lethargic approach I had to buy the same bike in March 2022 @1.6 lakh because prices were increased and I was a fool to trust the Lower Parel showroom that the would deliver me the bike as promised. Mr Shrenik, owner was not answering any of my calls. I also complained Yahama company they said the stock is available. The showroom is good for nothing. If you wish to book any Bike try Kurla or Andheri showroom. These as*h**les should be thought a lesson that customers are not for them, they are for customers. They might have not gained anything but I lost extra 12k for trusting these as*h**les.
P.S. I have not cancelled my booking and waiting for their call.
