it was my first service for my scooty they didn't changed my oil, but they overcharged for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the service is good. I did not have a good experience in my 2nd service, however the last service which was carried out for my bike today was pretty good.
Akshay the supervisor is very knowledgeable and polite. He advices you in best of your interest and is not pushy when it comes for sales. Ramesh who serviced my bike too is well versed with the job.
The ladies at the reception and billing desk are pretty good when it comes to customer service.
Looking forward for a healthy long term relationship.

Now they are running one scheme which is very bwst for bike

For 3 year amc
They provide
* 4 service per year
* 2 free wahsing per year
* 10% discount on labour
* 5% discount on engine oil and parts
*= price for this scheme is 1430+gst= 1687
There are 2 more scheme they are running do visit in service center you will get more info about another 2 schemes
Only i want to mention here that one thing which i don't like personally is that Labour charges yesterday i give my activa for service they charge 2500 for Labour charges itss too much
Note:- when u will visit center make sure that 1st ask they how will be thw chargeres then go further because today i get disappointed little bit that's why i am giving 3 star thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really good experience and good response from the staff. It happens first time in my last 7 year this branch had given my bike with a proper service with out any lagging days, or with other problems.
Good staff and supportive staff. Only require is infra need more space for more increase in demand.
