★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thee Worst there was a Minner work in bike Wiring and they Where charging me 7k for that and Saying we have to replace all the Wiring and this wire etc etc then i took my bike at a local Garrage and the problem was solved in just 300rs i was not expecting this type of Fraud from yamaha service centers and that Shrinik porwal is a big scammer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TVS & Bajaj has better service centers than this one. This service center was not ready to accept that bike has manufacturing defect and they just clean the tank in every monsoon and asked me to change Petrol pump to resolve the issue. This year again same issue has started with my bike. Let's see what answers and logic I get this year from Service center experts for repeated issue .??? I hope this year they will accept that bike has been given to me with manufacturing fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 days before I was there at the service center and I feel this is not an service center it's just an garage which we see at any local road with non professional workers and non technical persons. I thought they are even non trained.
The service center's owner is *arrogant* person*. He said that the bike's parking and repairing is our responsibility.
They park our bike on local busy narrow road at front of them.
If anything happens to your bike then they will say that is not their responsibility.
They event don't have CCTV cameras in working condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe its the only Yamaha Authorised Service Centre for imported bike i.e. from Yamaha R3 and above. Very helpful lot of people. My bike got stalled almost 4 kilometers away while visiting the service centre. I just gave them a call and within 25 mins, couple of mechanics visited along with battery to jump start the vehicle and rode it to service station and asked me to accompany with the other mechanic. They are soft spoken and will give you detailed advice about your bikes. Mr. Shrenik Porwal, the head of the service department, is a knowledgeable person and he himself owns 5 to 6 high end bikes. Ask for him to have a bike worthy discussion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowadays they are accepting credit/ debit cards. On every single part they have charged labour charges+GST, parking charges @ Rs.100 per bike if not taking delivery on same day post servicing.
All parts related yamaha available here. Good management with positive approach..
