★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. Unmannered, unorganised, they talk to the customer like they're their servants. They will charge according to the prices in their mind. They don't have ECM Diagnosis tool. the fault finding is done by replacing each and every part and atlast they don't know if the malfunctioning parts they're saying is right or not because they couldn't try replacing it as they don't have it. Service person says talk to manager when I approached him, he call service person and says "Isko mere pas q bheja tere pas he deal kar aur batake bhej" I've it all on my camera and calls recordings. They are like I am their servant and he said all in front of me. They don't even show customer the JOB card as they say it's unprofessional. Culprits spoiling TVS name and say my new vehicle purchased on 2020 doesn't gets warranty when the company says it's 5years warranty promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am forced to take my Jupiter ZX back within a week of my 1st service. I guess they don't check the entire vehicle properly. They don't even replace the rusted screw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient and courteous staff with low waiting times for your bike servicing needs. Completed 2 AMCs with them for my TVS Jupiter, and I've received satisfactory results so far. Good stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought new bike Apache RTR 1604v in Nov2020.. I am doing regular service of my bike as mentioned in the service book.
In the 3rd free service they told me to buy AMC book, (this book will allow you to have free service for next (2nd) year(after your free service of 1 year), with 2 Engine Oil change and spare parts on some discount)
I got 1 free oil change in my 3rd service (in the 6th month).
Today(1st AMC service) when I am asking them for a second free oil change, they are dening me saying they never mentioned of second free oil change, and I have to pay for the engin oil.
This AMC book costed me for 1800RS and they are giving 1 oil change and only 4 free service for 1800, which is not worth it.
Dont fall for this scam and verify any offers before you opt for it.

I talked to their manager, he understood my situation and refunded the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Tvs service center. They have waiting rooms. If you compare with other local service center then TVS is best center properly service my Scotty. Don't keep any tool kit and all in your Scotty. I was lost my tool kit here and they are not take any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my newly bought TVS Jupiter there for post-2-months servicing. These people are thieves (चोर). Actual petty fraudsters (लफडेबाज).
1. They overcharged me by adding unnecessary servicing (I'm not sure if they've done it or not) for a brand-new vehicle which ran for just 450 kms before I took it there.
2. They unfitted my perfectly working front guard and lied to me that it's in the dickey. They somehow re attached it only after I fought for it.
3. Even after that, without any shame, they asked to rate them 10-stars on a phone with TVS service centre.
I'm about to start a legal proceeding against this service centre & TVS in the consumer court.
