★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Kashif he is excellent service advisor. He advice me genuine service problems about my Apache RTR 200. Now I am feeling much better and very smooth riding in my bike. He shared every damage photos of parts and explain me. Good Job ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service center. Have pre booked pick up and drop twice . We have to give them reminders for our service . Zero coordination. They don't even service vehicles properly. They will call you ten times before you service and force you to take AMC. After that they won't even bother . You give them your address still they will ask you ten times. Zero professionalism. Horrible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional approach by staff. They call me and remind me for my two wheeler servicing. I have opted AMC plan for servicing which is better for vehicle as the servicing is done regularly. Deliver is also on time as promised. Technician explain every work to be carried out and to be needed.i will recommend for two wheeler servicing.

Kept my bike for more than 10days and did nothing except for washing it nicely for which I gave 1 star
Besides they will loot you for work that's not required and charge you for nothing.
Big time liars.
Gave them my bike 5 times for one single isse and they couldn't repair it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a professionally managed service center('SC'). They do not care for the commitments given. Completion timelines are not adhered to. Initially about a few years back was well managed, however in recent times this SC has gone to the dogs. Their service advisors are a bunch of jokers especially a person by name of Kashif. Promises a lot but does not deliver. His escalation (can't recall the name) puts his hands up and is absolutely of no use for grievance redressal. Last visit, I was promised service completion by 2 pm, but got call for pick up by about 6pm. On reaching the site by 6.30pm, they were already locking up and my bike was kept outside the SC. Post service check was done in a hurried manner and was asked to pay quickly since they needed to close. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
I am stuck with them at least for 2 more services since I have taken their AMC. However, I don't think that they are worth it. Always recommend to change the parts. Push for oil change every quarter. And the list goes on... Money minded.
My recommendation to avoid if possible and visit any other SC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got bike serviced in excellent condition and within the promised time. Service advisor Mr. Ganesh Patil attended the bike immediately, provided all the details regarding the required work to be done and the estimated bill amount. He even took follow-up for 15-20 days after servicing to see if any problem arises and gave all the required assistance. Will definitely go for him the next time.
