★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting this showroom to be authorised ,but unfortunately the website isn't showing its name when searched for authorised showroom of Hero till the time I searched for it.
Personal experience - went to take a test ride for Hero glamour and the moment bike came out of showroom for ride , it got stall for running out of fuel, later I was asked to come next day
On the next day the bike was having the fuel but this time the gear pedal was missing from the bike as they installed it in some bike which came there for servicing, pathetic approach I would say , towards the test ride motorcycles.
Out of the two glamour that was present in the showroom ,none of them was in the working condition.
What were those bike doing in showroom when they were supposed to be in service centre .
Pros- showroom is near to Mahalaxmi station.
I had to edit the review to give this showroom 1⭐ from 2⭐.
Pathetic services from this showroom I have experienced.
People here won't understand hindi or English.
Speak Marathi else you'll be served with pathetic services

I have bought hero xpulse 200 4v on jan 2022
,Within one month some sound started coming from engine which is quite loud
And then I have given my bike in mahalaxmi service centre,it's been 10 days until now,they r saying that we have ordered some parts for ur bike,but don't know when they will receive by them so please don't go for this bike
& Ofcourse for this pathetic non-service centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike Xpulse 200. I done a 2nd service with skipped 1st service and now i came here for 3rd service along with free service book.
2 break pad with service charge is 4000rs + free service with little more work they ask me to charge total 7000rs. I didn't do the service so they ask me to charge 50rs because they fill their official paper. Bad Experience from this false extra charges.
