I have just left from this place after witnessing the most pathetic service ever.
Firstly, when I reached at 2.25 pm the ENTIRE staff was having lunch.
My wife and I walked in and looked at the Ntorq, but not a single staff member acknowledged or offered any help, they continued eating lunch.
After 10 minutes of waiting I asked if this was indeed the showroom as all I could see was 10 people occupying all the tables and chairs and eating, one of them replied 'yes' and continued eating.
Finally when they finished at 2.45 pm, a girl called Ayesha attended to us. We asked for the Manager, who was missing.
When he appeared he was on the phone and casually finished his call, in spite of two agitated customers, and intoduced himself as Mr. Dhuruk.
I said Thank you and left to book a Honda Grazia.
Well done TVS.
Within 10 minutes of this review I was contacted by Mr. Nikhil (the owner), and he was more than apologetic.
Long story short, I returned to the showroom and booked my Ntorq and will update post delivery.
Delivery was on 27 July, 2018. Scooter was ready, explanation was precise and delivery was smooth. Only hitch, Scooter was delivered with number plates which were hand written with a black marker.
Overall, I think SNC has a good team which simply needs to get organized.
The Ntorq is a great purchase, go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my yellow ntorq in 6 days which was fantastic, but after the delivery is where I faced my problems.
The staff is uncoordinated. I was told by a staff my bike would be delivered on Sunday and so I went there, but he was not there on Sunday and the other staff refused and said they don't deliver on Sundays.
After calling the previous guy, he talked to the people at showroom and they agreed to deliver it. So I had to wait an hour before I got my bike (since it was a Sunday I didn't mind waiting). With the bike, I was not given the full face helmet (half face helmet was provided) as was promised and written on my form by the previous guy and no invoice was given stating as it was a Sunday the staff preparing invoice was not there (they promised to give it later).
I went the next weekend calling them before on Friday and reminded them what all I needed and please make it ready for when I come on Saturday. I went the next day and nobody had any idea what I was asking for. The invoice was not ready and my full face helmet was not available. So I told them to forget about the helmet and just send me the invoice on mail and it has been 2 days and they still haven't sent me the invoice yet
The staff was helpful at the time of payment. But after that it's like they are not bothered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the pricing of the bike just took today it was 78k bt the tvs ntorq 125 Tvs don't have any option of giving a atleast a proper cover for the scoter as well as they don't even have a choice of halmet they could atleast do their service better bcoz due to tvs if the first price is heightened just bcoz Honda do the bike that's not done as they could have keep the same as it was 76,667 is the online detail and then to they just bike a price just bcoz Honda...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional Behaviour. I got my bike 3 weeks after the promised date. They aren't well aware of the upcoming products' prices either and will jack up the prices at the time of delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a scooter from TVS at V L Automobiles! The sales associate: Harsh was a very pleasant person to co-ordinate my purchase with, he helped me throughout the purchase and assisted to get the scooter ready until handover. However, I was expecting the delivery a couple of days earlier but of course sometimes delays are inevitable and we cannot foresee them.
I finally received my scooter on 13/12/2021 and I've been excited ever since. Thanks to Harsh and all the executives working hard during this tough time.
