★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We placed order with them with promise from them to deliver all our tables and side tables in 15 days time. But after 15 days when we called to check on status of our order. Their sales rep Karishma very unprofessionally stopped picking up our call or responding to our message.
Tldr, didn't deliver in time. And sales staff becomes unresponsive. Looks like premium but very unprofessional.
Wouldn't recommend them.. you shop from premium places for 'peace of mind'. This looks premium but a cheap place.
Eventually onwer came forward himself and made our delivery possible. Delivery was delayed but quality is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The compliance to delivery timelines is pathetic. The sales team is unprofessional specially Karishma. She has no sensitivity towards customer's urgency. I would have cancelled the order given a choice. Hopeless place.
To add to the chaos, I was told that my order is ready and I was asked to visit the showroom. Once I reached there (after 1.5 hour drive from Faridabad) I was told there was some confusion and my order was still not ready.
Having placed the order on 24th July with a timeline of 15 days, even today (17th Aug) I have no update or confirmed delivery timeline.
Shameless people. It's been a month and till date no update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst place to buy anything. I wonder why didn't I saw any customer at the store. There is this girl Karishma who works at the store. Pushed me really hard on calls to make advance payment and book my order. She promised me that she will deliver in 20days. Once when I paid advance she suddenly said "sir production is saying 1month" just after the advance got credited. I said not done i want in 20days only. She was like ok ok I will get back to you. After that she stop responding or would just say i will get back in 2min but never did. Finally after 17days i didnt know about my order status or the delivery date. I had to send my guy to the store and told him to wait thr and take final status or delivery date in written from them.
That was the time the crook woman got to know that her cheats has been caught and she returned my advance. These shameful people wasted my time. Guys pls be aware of these crooks. Never ever go to them my piece of advice. Kamya Furniture & Karishma who works thr are a scam.
