(On Behalf of our company Mystery of Himalayas) They do only lucrative talks till you dnt purcahse any packages from them. We have taken packages from them When we take first package from them we had conversation with Neelam After haveing non stop conversation on call at least for 2-3 hrs she convince us to purchase the pacakge that cost round about 27k Earlier as discussed with her we and Neelam came to conclusion after paying 11000/- they will start our services (after having very lucrtive talk) We got convinced near about 4.30 we did payment 11000 near to 5 or 5:30 pm When we called back to her that we had paid after that she didn't pick the call w tried whole evening Next day was sunday (as of now properly not remeber) we tried she didn't respond. Next to that day on Monday she pick the call she reverted and gave silly excuse that we dnt pick the call after working hours waoo that woderfull . After here come another twist As per our conversation they have to start our lead pacakge as we hav donee 11k payment. But they denied they start saying we have to depoist all money 27000 after that only they can start our services. After a long coversation we decided to let that money with them and we never called them back again After few months there hit the corona. After 7-8 months they reached us again with new offer we said services provide krni h to 11k k according kro otherwise 11k aap rkho hm bhull chuke h. After long coversation they agreed and provided us few lead queries. Quality is wrost and there management too. As off we have to jus recover 11k from that we have recovered. They keep on demanding 11k. (The lead quality is worst even they send leads in which we don't deal and when we return back they used to say koe na sir ap ko apni trf se ek do bhej dete h jo kher kabhi ati ni thi) as off hm zayda dhyan dete b ni the inki trf we are like ayi to b thik h nahi ayi to b thik h. Because we are working with many other sources too so we dnt want waste our time or na he faltu ki tension. After few months of package expired the girl POOJA nd Neha tried to convince I think they reached us every day they said ab asa nahi h vesa nahi h ab sudhr gyi h at least they called us for a month they was somewhat 30k offer as of our bad experience with them they said sir 5000 ka le lijiye app ( the convincing power of those girls is awesome?) Roz roz phone krne se we decided chalo ek bar 5000 ka gamble kr lete h. We did but the condition is same th leads quality is worst then worst When we call th back some no.s got switch off some out of range some said apka dealing hand h unhi k no.p try kro. Or jb apka call galti se dealing hand pik kr le to kehte h abi lunch h ya bahr h apko ek ghante m call back krte h. But dnt know vo 1 ghanta kis date ka diya hoga .it didn't happen only once it happen every time . Kher jb lead ko replace krne ki bat kro dn they used to sir are sir ap tension ku kr rhe abi dekho 3-4 lead personaly send krte h. And as of now we know vo kabhi ati nahi. Even all after this they once again came with offer that ki 5000 ka pacakge le lo achi agyi ab... Posting this jus came to my mind that once we hav dealt a company whose sales girls are very talented who can sell anything. As a company owner jus impressed by their talent . Rest I will not recommend these are jus fake guys. Our amount is small so not an issue for us. This is fake company in terms of keeping their words. We start working with. Year before corona and we have last called them 1 week ago . That time our Dealing hand NEHA JI lunch kr rhe the she said she will call back in an hour And sending imidiatialy 3 -4 leads for replacements may b she is sending kahi raste m pahhuchi ho abi unki leads...? Forget onething they reached one more company with their offers who is my known . My known said our (Mystery of Himalayas) bad experience with them and they said sir agr asa hota to dusri bar Mystery of Himalayas vale pacakge ku buy krte. Ab ky kahe ban gye bevkufff ? So concluding all here Namshkar

dont waste your hard earned money on the companies like these, they take your money for the services but they charge continuously during lockdown period too, when all the travel services got closed down and then once the money gets over, their sales people will call you to sign up and pay again for new association, instead of adjusting the previously paid payments. The only thing matters to them is your money, not services. Please beware!

I have literally lost hard earned money to this inefficient and worthless company which makes big promises . I own a travel business and I took their subscription for leads and I regret it to this day . Here I am after more than 2 months I am still not able to recover my investment . To all the travel agents out there please do not entertain their calls .

First of all I would like to thanks tour travel world team for helping me in growing my business for the very first time when i saw the reviews i was like should i continue with them or not as i was new to market. so i thought it's better to learn something before investing much i just kept gathering information from them SPECIAL thanks to Miss NEELAM for guiding things properly and also Miss. Pooja the Support Person for looking backend things properly RAVINA & ANSHUL as well for keeping me Up to date with new things. will be recommending TOUR TRAVEL WORLD to all travel agents.

This is the fraud company and peoples, So it’s my humble requesting to the people that do not take any subscriptions or services from them. They do nothing but bite. They just want the money. This is an online thief who works to rob people of money and pretends to be a professional company. They have too. He's not even a professional .

They are fraud, Mr raj and mr sumit they are fake agents and doing fake deals to companies. ask for huge money for work and after payment they start ignoring the call. they commit for large number of services and after payment they forget who are you. i took a package in last year and they told me in our package we provide website, SEO, SMO, free leads access, daily leads, website promotion website ranking improve, assign support person that all the things are available only before payment. and what after payment, in 5 months they never pick my call, never call back. They are totally fraud. My company name is Book My Bharat. Never recommended this type of company. Please think 5 time before payment.

Worst company employees they commit service for three years and stop it after 18 months and ask for renewal I have all mails and call recordings of the time of my service renewal. even first time also the did the same thing that time I had paid extra to start my services. But this time i have all the proof now I am registering a consumer case against the company and fraud employee of the company due to such employees the company name is getting spoilt .
