★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dealer or I must say the staff is really me and my sister is not happy about. The staff tricks u in every ways . Once they know one will purchase they will have multiple stories about colour not available,stock not found etc. Then comes the registration. Takes 3 weeks to register and that to the staff will ask the vehicle for taking it to rto.This is no way dane as it's a new vehicle and in pune swargate doesn't have any rto then why is the staff taking vehcile and using our feul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad build quality, I have no faith in hero bikes from now. As I have been experiencing a constant issue with my engine and pick up for a year now. They always charge 500 rupees for so called free servicing and does nothing instead washing and oil change. Even I had a to expend a lot money on issues with the bike. The people are good over here but they always fail to recognise the issue and assured me always that the problem will be solved. Morover, I will not being any hero bikes in future for sure as it does not worth. Thanks

I would like to tell you that the service provide by hero is very pathetic. I am facing the battery issue in my bike I had already claim my battery for warranty but he give me second hand battery against new battery
*He sold new battery and give me old battery*
*Totally fraud system in workshop*
