★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BDA approved , well planned layout with wide roads and around 50+ houses already occupied. The entrance to the layout is via the proposed alternative airport road. Good place to invest in North Bangalore, but beware of the brokers they have hiked the real state price of the layout the actual price for this area is much lower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and peacefull layout, but a bit far from city. Close to airport and Yehlanka railway station, but lacks several aminities like schools, colleges, hospital, market, etc. Prices are bit in the higher size, bur has a well layout plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All fake reviews, We paid 40% almost 7 years back and booked a plot in kumbalgoodu , till now not ready for registration. Always they tell unknown stories. Big looters, No proper response.
worst support. They don't no ABCD of real estate. We are locked with 40% capital and awarded with diabetes and BP.
All or dreams and plans are collapsed.
Anyone willing to wait for another 10 years go and visit, buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a plot here. Really puzzled why the layout has not improved in 12 years. Right on the airport road surrounded by high raise premium apartments like sriram Luxor, salarpuria Northland etc, goyal and co.etc. lot of schools around and bda approved layout . The road was laid inside the layout on 2010. After that no improvement was done. Now the road is worn out. Even after 12 years no ground water , no cauvery water only tankers. If BDA improved it just by giving water and laying new roads it will be the best layout.
