★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Property and as i heard today, someone of my knows booked it at arnd 8750 psft where they r asking nearly 11000 psft. This prices seems still too high considering that this started at launch price of significantly lower
At 8K this fits the right music...

The price quoted however is same as what's being offer in Indiranagar and Koramangala which shldnt be the case as its totally at the outskirts and u definitely can not travel to work from here on daily basis n there is no market either nearby ....
With traffic back to its peak, it may take somewhere around 1.30 to 2 hours one side to reach IT corridor in Marathahalli or Bellandur... But if u r OK to spend like in excess of 3.5 cr then u may work from home..
However its not away from the Airport main road...
